Staff very helpful and friendly. The personal trainers are knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition.
Before select fitness move to new location, l work my way up to being the manager of the childcare. The owner at the time really didn't pay much attention to the childcare. When ever we ask for new toys, or supplies it took them forever to get them. And the floor need to be replaced and that kept being put of evening when I slip and fell on it. When l ran the childcare, l made sure the children were happy,babies taking out of there carrier and if potty training,we did it. My biggest problem l had was, l wasn't acting right after l worked a Friday morning and I ended up in the hospital that night. While I was in the hospital l made sure l had covered for each shift and if any problems call me no matter what. Now remind you I'm in the hospital trying to figure what was wrong with me,when the owner calls me to say I'm letting you go. Asked him why and he said what was l suppose to do? Never asking how l was or what was wrong. Now if that was Oscar, it would of been a different story.
Nice, clean gym. No overcrowding. They have all the free weights and machine for strength training
It's not a dinning hall. It's all up to you. If you complaining about this place then your fat or lazy. Been here 3 months. Nobody! Not even trainers use the punching bag. Throw in trash so we don't have to look at it ,if we can't use it. Staff friendly, nice to have a greeting when walking in door. Remember it's a gym not a social club. Shut up and work out or go home!
Amazing gym! Super friendly staff, knowledgeable trainers, clean enviorment, all the free weights and machines necessary to build a great overall structured routine! I recommend it to anyone beginners or veterans! Add child care and free group training classes for as low as 20$ a month! Best gym in Charleston!
