My son has gone to Coastal Kids since his first dental visit and will continue to do so until he outgrows pediatric dentistry.
Only reason I even gave one star was because of the first visit for a second opinion. When we showed up for the actual treatment, the dentist said she didn't agree with the other dentist in the same office. She also wanted to pull 3 teeth. In too of that, they were not going to honor the payment plan that the person from the first visit told me they would do. The office manager said they NEVER do payment plans. Why would their employee say something different a month earlier. We walked out with neither plan done. They lost 2 patients and couldn't care less.
I love Coastal Kids and recommend it to everyone I know.

Everyone is polite and respectful, they make sure to inform you of everything that's going on and answer questions and concerns.
We had a great experience here. I called for a regular new patient appointment for both of my boys and they got us in right away. Check-in was a breeze, waiting room was kid-friendly. The hygienist was amazing with the kids and did a great job. The dentists were great too. They were even able to do a filling later the same day, where we also had a wonderful experience! The staff was super friendly, tv’s to keep kids distracted during procedures and they did great work! My son went straight to a pizza place for lunch after his filling and was pain free :)
They have created an environment that eliminates the traditional fear of the dentist. My son looks forward to visiting the dentist and so do I.
