Prescribed Therapies that cured my cancer took its toll on a few of my teeth and one of my molars broke off by half. When I called Aspen the afternoon of the same day regarding my extremely painful problem, they had me in their office first thing the next morning as a new patient. Thank you Aspen Dental!
Very good experience here. I had suffered from a toothache and was met with compassion and they did all they could for me my first visit. I needed to return for an extraction and my second experience was a duplicate of the first. I would recommend them to anyone and I will be going to Aspen Dental for all my dental needs!
I came back to the dentist after a 10 year hiatus. Staff was super friendly. X-rays were performed, and dentist came into to discuss my treatment plan. I knew I needed extensive work done. Like most other dentists they want to know if you can pay for services rendered. I have discount dental insurance, they paid about 1/3 of bill. I was extremely happy with the cleaning, though a little uncomfortable. But hey I had to get deep cleaning. Was able to be accommodated early on both appointments. Could not give 5 stars because I had to wait for an hour to be seen though I was asked to come in early.
My own testimonial research presented me with both ends of the rating Spectrum, however my experience was fabulous! I found myself comfortable with all the staff and they were very helpful when it came to financing my long-term goals under my rather modest
If I could give them less than this I would. I arrived on time and waited 45 until I went back. People who came after me were seen before me. After a hour and a half I finally saw a doctor. At the end, the lady who did the price breakdown did her math completely wrong and had to redo it multiple times. In he middle of dealing with me she texted and answered a phone call. Very unprofessional! Maybe if she focused on her actual job, she would have been able to give me the correct information. I will never return to this dentist office .
The front desk lady was not welcoming! She came off rude. The wait time was long and I thought to myself I don’t know if I want to come back here but the DA Ms Carol was SUPER nice. As she was taking my X-rays she had a conversation with me, she made sure I was comfortable and she let me know everything she was doing. Carol, Robin and the doctor I had made my visit amazing ! I will be returning.
