This place has changed. Been a long time since I was there. This last visit was not good. The guy that were working in the back were not trained well. The cashier did not know how to add tips. At the end of my visit, the guy that did my car had to go to the cashier in the back and give him help so I could tip. The two guys that vacuumed did horrible. After my car was done, the one guy that was doing a good job took my car back to the vacuum area to do it right. I tipped him well after they figured out how to accept tips. The manager was there and heard what was going on. He was either dismissive, or just trusted the one guy to take care of it. The price was not fitting to what I'm use to. For what I paid, normally a car wash will give fire shine and air freshener with the deal. This car wash wanted to charge an extra $4.75 for tire shine. That's a bit much considering I can buy a bottle of tire shine for that price. The place is clean and has potential. Better training and attention to detail would go a long ways.
Brought my car to get cleaned and they did a fair job. But what made me upset was they pulled wires from under my dash. When I showed the supervisor he just said well it wasn't on purpose. Really??? Won't return.
