For me to give a one star it is not done lightly. I usually don't give ones. Car was DAMAGED in there wash. Car was NOT clean on the inside windshield was dirtier than when I went in. Had previously had a bad wash and made them do it over again this time I didn't bother. There has to be better car washes out there.
I've read lots of bad comments for this place. But I think they have improved a lot. They did a fantastic job in my vehicle on 11/04/17. No complaints. Also, they look really professional with their uniforms and behavior. Great job guys!!
The service was good. My car looked the same as it did before I went there. They barely vacuumed it out. They didn't wipe it out good enough. Still dirt spots on my doors. They need to be trained better. $20 seems kind of high for your car to come out looking the same as it did when you went there.
I’ve been to this car wash 4 times twice with my pickup and twice with my sedan. All 4 times, there have been streaks, and many areas where it has not even been touched since there was still dirt remaining. The inside was barely vacuumed, the doors untouched, only the dashboard and radio were cleaned, that is it. I am displeased of the results from this car wash and do not recommend anyone spend $20 or more on a full interior and exterior wash/clean for it to look nearly the same as it did going in
I really want to like this place and have been there six or seven times, but it never gets better. I repeatedly have to ask for basic things to be redone (vacuuming, cleaning inside door windows, wiping down the edges when you open the door, etc.) I've asked managers if this is what's normal at their place and received varied responses, including that the staff is tired, they don't clean that part unless asked, or that things have been busted on other cars so they don't want to fool with mine (window shades). Usually I get an apology, but not always. Today my windshield was actually HARDER to see through then when I went in! I have a dark vehicle, so the lint from the towels made it look tacky, too. Drips from the mirrors and the door handles were not wiped down. Thank goodness I had a coupon and didn't pay for a more expensive wash!! The icing on the cake today was the kid who took about three minutes to take off his hat and primp and play with his hair in the reflection of my van's side window. Then he put his hat back on and meandered around to work in my car some more. Meanwhile, cars are backed up and I'm waiting for my car to be complete. Unfortunately, I'm going back to Cactus...slightly more expensive and 5 miles away, but worth it.
