The office staff is terrible. From the multiple times we have been there to talk to someone about our accounts every person we have talked to has been rude. The front desk staff won't look at you when you're talking, one of them was even drawing on a piece of paper while I was talking!! They have no clue how to help you with most things and just give you a number to call. If I wanted to call a number I would've looked one up online. Not to mention, when you do call you get transferred to every department because no one knows the answer to help you. Sometimes it takes weeks just to get an answer on your account! My fiancé now has a huge balance on his account which all could have been avoided if someone returned his call. He tried going to the office and like I said before they gave him a phone number to call. They obviously aren't very experienced and have no clue what they are doing.

They are a trainwreck. Half of the emails and phone numbers on their websites won't respond to you or have broken directories. The few people that you manage to get a hold of are so lacking in basic knowledge about financial aid, GI Bill coverage, and proram start dates that you will be transferred to another department (who just won't respond at all) instead of getting any questions answered. Its disappointing because this is one of the few schools in the area that offers technical training.

So far the classes I have taken have been decent! Most of the instructors are nice and will work with you on things if needed. My advisor is great too! It's just awful that whenever we need help with financial aid or questions on our accounts we deal with unpleasant staff.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCHOOL!!! Do not by any means try to apply because you will be screwed in every way when it comes to support. Calling about the simplest things will require you to be transferred to every f***king department in the school, only to find that the one person who can give you an answer won't be in for another week or won't answer your voicemail until, apparently, he or she feels like it. This wouldn't be such an issue if it only happened once or twice, but you will experience this just about every time you call, and believe me you will have to call and ask about many things. Their portal and website isn't much help when your looking for the most BASIC information. Don't give them your money!!! Not to mention the textbooks are ridiculously expensive, and their bookstore staff often won't give two sh**s about what you came to do. By the way I am an almost straight A student with a strong work ethic. Just a low tolerance for BS.

Your experience depends on your drive in order to graduate or transfer. The price is something to truly take advantage of, get the classes done and out the way. It has saved me and my family a lot of money. I finished my requirements in 1.5 years and I have transferred to Coastal Carolina University for the fall of 2016. You have to put your put in the door here, TTC is your opportunity to make a change for yourself. If you truly want it bad, you will learn to appreciate every experience (good & bad) from this institution.

Your experience really depends on the instructor. I had some great experiences in there science courses, but for the most part this school is staffed by incompetent administrator and misinformed professors. I couldn't take it any more after my technical writing instructor consistently showed up to class inebriated if he showed up at all. I'm not even sure if we had enough class hours to meet the credit requirement. When he failed to show up for the final few weeks of class, after assigning a massive group project, I attempted to talk to the English department about my concerns, and they brushed me off. Don't waste your money on this place if you're seeking a 2 or 4 degree.
