WORST service ever. It's the typical government contractor working as an unnecessary middleman who's sole job is to screw up your travel plans. Expect your itinerary to not actually be ticketed, so you will lose your seat and have to travel either standby or on another flight that's not direct. All for the premium price of a refundable ticket plus their service fee. If only we could book directly through the airlines.
