The mall is a medium size mall. Not a big one, not a small one. Clean. Best part: it’s very well visited, so definitely not one of these dying malls. The businesses doesn’t bother, it actually feels pretty good/ alive. MAJOR NEGATIVE POINT: no WiFi. Nowadays visitors really want fast WiFi but this mall doesn’t have nothing
Unknowingly to us, we arrived at happy hour. We ended up ordering 1/2 price appetizers and a cup of soup. The chicken soup was good, but it contained 2 rather large bones in it. It did have, however have large pieces of chicken in the soup. The waiter was very attentive and efficient. No crowd when we arrived, but many people were waiting to be seated when we left. I would give it a 4 1/2, but since I can't, I'll give it a 4.
The mall was hot. So hot that I started to sweat just waking. I had to purchase ice cream to cool down. Restrooms were horrible. Parking was also horrible since a huge section was closed due to construction.
The Northwoods Mall is a pretty good small Mall compared to some of the major malls that you will find around the country but the best part is you find people who are employees in the store who offer great customer service. The food court is wonderful getting pretzels at the pretzel stop is great plus they also have a gym there which usually has a lot of people attending. The only thing that I say that will keep this from getting five stars is the parking and traffic situation around the mall is terribly atrocious. I really do think that they need to work somehow on expanding parking for the mall especially during the holiday seasons.
Plenty of great shops and food choices. Also they have a massage parlor. There is also things for the kids to play on. Plenty of jewelry stores, clothes stores, places to eat, an arcade, strollers you can rent, multiple directories and much more. All around great shopping experience!
