As a whole they are wonderful. Repairs are completed quickly and without hassle although i've never had good luck getting in touch with my property manager in the last 2 years since my first one quick. (not dropping names)
My experience with this property mgmt company has been hassle free. I've been using them for 5 years at a James Island apartment complex and they have always been able to secure long term tenants in a timely manner at fair market rental rates with only a one month gap between tenants. Maintenance repairs are promptly relayed to me and fixed quickly. I would highly recommend.
I would definitely recommend Carolina One property management. My property manager is very responsive and acommodating. Mallory Wolfe does a fantastic job and has helped me with numerous new move in questions and situations. Getting my keys was a breeze and I received a nice little goodie bag. The maintenance team and turn times are very professional, friendly, and efficient. I have a big dog and they are very conscientious of him and my belongings. Honestly cannot say enough good things about them. Keep it up yall!
Avoid them if you appreciate good customer service, fair business practices and if you do nothing else, make sure you triple read any contract you enter in with them. Have a real estate expert that you trust read over their contract before signing. It's all about the money with them and that means YOUR money.
