Woke to a pipe leak Monday morning with no water. Service was fast and professional. Caleb explained the situation and promptly fixed for a reasonable price. I very appreciated an honest company. I will recommend them wholeheartedly!
We required LimRic's help installing a thermostat for a customer. Not only was the estimated cost higher than the competitive price by a good margin, but LimRic demanded payment before service after doing the estimate. When we asked for the invoice and said we would forward it to our accounting department for payment upon its delivery to our email, LimRic gave us a 15 minute ultimatum to pay the invoice or their technician would leave the customer's home.
LimRic provided good service and were relatively easy to contact. However their policy of requiring payment before service is completed, and the pushy, impatient manner of pursuing payment, was enough to discourage us from using their services in the future.
Shane, the technician, was super helpful. He assessed the situation and then walked us through the options. He was such a pro and made it easy to understand. He then fixed the issue with our heat pump accumulator, over an hour ahead of schedule. The LimRic team jumped on the issue so fast and had everything working again in just a few hours. We're so glad to have the heat working again! Thank you!
Unfortunately, my heating system stopped working yesterday as we got back into town from Christmas. But, I called LimRic mid-morning and spoke with Desiree, who was fantastic. She was able to get a technician out to our house in an hour!
Very pleased with the quality of service shown by Danny today who discovered a leak in the coil last week and returned today to replace the coil, which was under warranty. My calls for help regarding my air conditioning have been answered promptly. Thanks to everyone at LimRic for excellent customer service.
Clarence and Chopper installed two units for us on very short notice. They were extremely professional and courteous considering we are a high end marina. We will continue to use LimRic as our "go to" AC folks. Also, Troy was great at servicing our existing units.
