I thought the staff was very nice. I was treated for both Work Comp and with my private insurance, and had a wonderful experience both times. I did not have to wait long at all, but if for some reason you do have to wait they have coffee and the TV was on in a very clean waiting area. I hope the great service continues because I have upcoming appointments for PTL. I highly recommend this place. It sure beats sitting in the hospital ER for hours.
Rudest people I've ever dealt with in my life. The worst part is this is supposed to be a healthcare place. I wouldn't return if my life depended on it!
Today was my last day dealing with the wonderful staff at Concentra. I had been going due to an injury with my knee for the last 7 weeks. I received excellent care and physical therapy. I would like to thank the front office staff as well as the PA's, nurses and physical therapists for the kindness, compassion and care I was shown. Everyone at Concentra have a blessed new year!
Long waiting time rude staff. Also Coastal occupational Medical on meeting st is just as bad
I have never in my life felt like a drug addict. Dr.Jessica is the nicest person there. I don’t know how the one lady has a job at the front desk. I had a water bottle They provided me with two weeks later still sitting on the table after she said she would throw it away for me.
