Also they need another person working there. you have to call them when you have arrived at the airport to pick you up and sometimes the one person working there is out dropping off other people :(
Don't let the building/location dissuade you from using the location. The location is safe; vehicle was fine when we returned. The staff is friendly and service prompt. The price is much better than the airport, and I was surprised at my discount when I returned from my trip. I chose the location, and my friends were so happy with the service especially when we didn't have to worry about parking and walking to the terminal. Will definitely use them again.
This is a terrific operation. The staff goes above and beyond to make travel as easy and efficient as possible. They are professional and friendly.They are on the ball, and I recommend them without reservation.
I took off one star, however for the service price they offered. I wanted my headlights restored and on the website it said 25 bucks, but then i get a call saying it was 55. They did do a good job on them but i think they need to update thier prices on their website.
A great alternative to airport parking. Our car is always ready for us and they are quick to get to. Aaron picked us up on our last trip out of town and made sure he got us to our car as quickly as he could and made sure we didn't leave thirsty.
Easy to reserve service online. The staff are always helpful and courteous. The airport drop off as well as the pick up are prompt. Every communication I've had with them has always been positive. I have used them twice and I plan to be a customer in the future.
I used this company back in April. It was my first time using a park and ride. I thought they did a great job. I will use them in the future :)
