This was the best carpet cleaning experience I've ever had, and I've had a lot! The entire process was seamless from scheduling to cleaning. The office crew went out of their way to get me on the schedule in a hurry, and the techs were so professional and friendly. The owners even called after the work was done to make sure I was satisfied, which I was. They got out stains I had long given up on, and everything smelled so fresh when they were done. This is a great team. I'll never use anyone else!
Servpro of North Charleston visited my home to treat a mold problem in my laundry room from a slow fresh water supply leak in a wall. I wanted the mold professionally treated. After contacting three competing service providers and not getting anywhere, I was advised to call Servpro of North Charleston for my Mount Pleasant home and I'm glad that I did. It was a small job for them but they cared about it and wanted to help me. They showed up the next day, on time and treated the problem so that the repairs could begin. They gave me a very fair price. Brandon Ferm, who visited my home, was excellent. I appreciate his promptness and professionalism. My laundry room now looks great and is clean and safe. I will use Servpro of North Charleston again and recommend them to my friends.
