Do not use this company. They are very unprofessional and incompetent. I bought a new home and was recommended them by the previous homeowner. I called and set up my insurance. Instead of writing a policy for the information I have them, they went of the previous owners info. I bought a mobile home on a permanent foundation and they wrote the policy for a house. So they had an incorrect policy for the old owners for who knows how long. When they found a new policy for me it was a day before my old policy ended and it was for hundreds of dollars more and less coverage. I was upset and asked for more information and I never received it. They then told me I wouldn't receive all my money back for the mistake they had made. Even though we all know that if something had happened to my home in the time frame that is was covered under, an incorrect policy, they would have never paid out. It takes them forever to reply to questions and when they do its not all the information. Very poorly run company.

Very unprofessional office. I've literally begged for a quote for almost 6 weeks now, and yes I've gone somewhere else. Weak communication, too much of a laid back in no hurry attitude combined with the fact that the employee cannot answer simple insurance e questions is completely unprofessiinal. Save yourself the headache and don't bother.
