This was my first visit here, and it was the best experience I've ever had at a Dr's office. I was literally in and out in 15 minutes: checked in, vital signs, saw PA-C, and checked out. Apparently my insurance covered the visit and surprisingly didn't have to pay anything out of pocket while I was there. I'll be extremely satisfied if my visit doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Very impressed with all the staff. Thank you for an excellent experience.
My experience at Health First was excellent. My wait time was extraordinary less than ten minutes! The staff, beginning with the receptionist, intake specialist, nurse, physician assistant, x-ray technician, and the LPN were all professionals! Each explained their role and what was happening. I would highly recommend Health First as a first rate urgent care facility!
Brought our daughter here for stomach issues near the end of the day on a Saturday. Check in and service was fast, friendly and very professional. Was able to see a doctor who was able to run tests, diagnose and treat effectively on site. Wish all urgent care centers offered the same level of service and care provided here.
Dr. Rhodes is more than a highly knowledgeable and experienced doctor. He is kind caring considerate courteous and a gentleman! To be a superior physician that can make you feel so welcomed and comfortable is a trait that more doctors should have in their doctoring bag like Dr. Rhodes. He allows you to be part of your health care by given you vital information to help you make your own decisions regarding specific treatment opportunities. I appreciate Dr. Rhodes expertise with his natural witty ways! I honestly can say I actual look forward to seeing him again and who all can really say that about their M.D. Thank you again for the efficiency of your team and how well you all work together to help your patients well-being! Went on Sunday afternoon and everything was very professional and efficient. Staff seemed very knowledgable and helpful. Health issue caught early and resolved quickly. Second time to visit and both have been very positive.
