The store's organization and selection is great! A tad expensive for party accessories. There is certanly a lack of help on the retail floor and long checkout process, but they do have what you need, now you must look down every aisle to find it!
I'm super mad. I went in for a return. Thanks to Hurricane Matthew the top of the package(cardboard) was damp but the product itself was completely fine. The worker didn't even try to give me my money back. Gave me stupid store credit. I want my money back! In cash! He made it a return with no receipt but I had it right in front of him. All because the receipt was faded. You could still see it. He was like "I could manually type it in but I'm missing one number. " he didn't try. I will never shop here again. I'll go to the Halloween shop instead.
