If I could rate this place a zero would I get through the drive-through after waiting in a long line because it's 8:45 in the morning and I realize McDonald's is busy in the morning so I get through the drive-through and at the 1st window the guy says it's $6.41 and I have exactly $6 in cash and I was gonna use the $.41 off of my card the guy says my card readers not working can you pull up to the next window and they will charge you the $.41 off your card and I said OK that's fine so I get up to the 2nd window and I asked the guy if he understands what's going on so i told him "I gave the guy $6 in cash at the last window so all that's needed to be charged off my card is $.41 right?" And he says "right" and then he charges me the whole f***** $6.41.......are you kidding me...... then manager comes back and says "I'll have to do a refund can you pull up pull up a wait?" Then they say it's gonna take 24 hours to get back in my bank the reason why I gave cash is because I didn't want to spend the full money out of my bank but they did that anyway and is the possibility that I have to wait 24 hours for to come back now here's the kicker today's Friday... and most of the time it's refunded in business days...
Staff seems nice. It is surprising the determination and resolve of the employees to work at one of the worst McDonald's around and still keep a positive attitude. If they maybe doubled or tripled their work force they may actually get food out in a timely manner. Or better yet a restructuring of the management division to give the employees the guidance they need.
Wow the best and fastest McDonald’s I️ have ever been to. I️ am not even kidding. I️ walked in Amanda took my order and gave me my food so quick. Fast food to the fullest !!
this place is simply, trash. drive thru is never under a 30min wait after 10pm and somehow the food is hours expired. Nothing like dried out paddies and a sour sweet tea to quench my thirst.
The employees are very nice but they seem very disorganized and all out of sorts. My order was for one sandwich off of the value menu and it took 5 minutes to receive my order. There were only four other customers in the counter line. They seem to be more focused on being fast in the Drive-Thru rather than those that walk in. The sandwich tasted fine but every time I come here it's always the same. Nice people, very slow service.
