Velocity is a great place to work out, or to bring people for fun exercise. I enjoy the Ninja course the most. I've been working on the rings on the pegs for two years now, and finally got it. There are several very good obstacles in this that are just like the ones in the show, including the diagonal jump boards and hanging table. Besides the diagonal jump boards, most obstacles work on arm/hand grip strength and upper body strength.
A great place for kids of all ages to hang out with friends or just have fun! The only issue I had was getting sick from the jumping combined with the strobe lights. That's why I'll give it four stars!
Not too bad. 3 stars because customer service could have been a lot more courteous. We pre-ordered tickets went to the "pre-ordered" line & got ignored for about 10 mins. Also purchased inflatables and when we got there they were all down. Management seemed very reluctant in giving refunds but finally did. The overall experience was good just minor things need to be addressed.
When you're done working on your ninja skills, there are two trampoline sections. One of them has foam pits in front of a trampoline, to practice flips. There are also a pair of aerial silks to climb, the cloth dangles from the ceiling to the foam pit. There's also a trapeze into a foam pit.
